Why do you want to join the CCA?: I would like to join the CCA because I feel that I am able to have the responsibility, I also have the right experience.
What do you think the CCA will be like for you?: I believe it will be more of something expected.
What are you expected to do in the CCA?: You are expected to follow orders from your superiors, and also do what you have to.
What is your characters background story? (Minimum of Two paragraphs 4-5 complete sentences per paragraph, we are looking for in your backstory; how your life was before the storms, how your character survived the devastating Portal Storms and how your character adjusted to their new and oppressive lifestyle.): Elijah was actually on the run as he knew portal storms were coming, he had a thorough training of medical procedures, etc right before everything gone to hell. He gave up the moment the Combine soldiers caught him, though he left many things he knew and loved behind, he left a great deal of inspiration to the people. He said, "It is not courage or fighting that makes us tough, yet it is what we do that makes us unique and able to fight". He was taken to City Eight at first, he dealt with things that any other citizen would deal with. Whether it be malnourishment or just getting beaten onto the sidewalk. He knew eventually that this epidemic would not be over, for a long time.
After a while, he was put into City Forty-Five, where he lived almost the same, he never drank the breen's water, he actually was given plain somewhat normal water from a friend. He never gave up on anyone he knew, for his inspiration and tellings gave them hope and courage to fight. But... the sad part of the matter is that he was never able to actually fight, since he was so malnourished that he always went into some sort of daze or state. Though, in mind he was very strong, not many could say less of him, since it was a true factor. He wonders if the life he lives is worth killing for, and living for.

** CCA-C17.UNION.05-649 would start to walk in front of the Divisional, he would start walking to where the paticular citizen went.
** John Lockwood would start to climb over the fence, he would run off to the corridor and start to take out a Nine-Millimeter pistol, he flicks off the safety and makes sure he has a round in the chamber, he aims it in their direction, yet still walking to his destination.
** CCA-C17.UNION.DvL-316 radios in <:: "We've got a 647e, he is armed, my 10-20 is the slums, requesting immediate backup!"
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 radios in <:: "Copy that, inbound to your 10-20."
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would start to run to the slum district, he flicks off his safety, and aims.
** John Lockwood would reach one door, he grabs the handle, and puts it to the right, he would push the door open, and then grab a kevlar vest, he straps it onto his chest, and runs out with his pistol aiming at the units.
** CCA-C17.UNION.DvL-316 would aim his Nine-Millimeter pistol, and flick off the safety, he would aim it directly at the man's leg area.
** John Lockwood would pull the trigger, his aim focused on the unit's chest.
** CCA-C17.UNION.DvL-316 would pull the trigger as well, his aim still focused on the mans leg.
** CCA-C17.UNION.05-649 would take out his Nine-Millimeter pistol from his utility belt, he flicks off the safety and also pulls the trigger at the man, he misses, and ducks for cover, he is very afraid obviously from the man.
** The Divisional gets hit in the lower abdominal area, and the man gets hit in his upper chest area, his arms are shaking from the intensity.
** CCA-C17.UNION.DvL-316 would fall back from the obvious force of the bullet, he gasps as he falls, and coughs, blood starts to come out of the hole.
** John Lockwood also falls back from the force of the bullet that hit him, he seems to be unconsious.
** CCA-C17.UNION.05-649 would run over to the man's position, he has his pistol focused on the man, he would take out a pair of ties, and hesistates for a bit, he then ties the man up.
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would take out his satchel, he would take out alchohol, coagulates, rags, tweezers, bandages, apoxy, and bio-gel.
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would remove the unit's kevlar vest, and look for the wound.
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would start to take the tweezers, he would slowly take the bullet out, he says, "Okay, on three, this may hurt.."
** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would count down to three, he immediately takes the bullet out.

** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would apply alchohol to the wound, then he starts to stitch the wound, he applies apoxy to the stitches, and then applies a bandage.

** CCA-C17.HELIX.03-264 would throw the divisional over his shoulder, and walk out, closing his satchel.

Explain your reason for applying for the CCA and wishing to become a Civil Protection Unit: I would like to become a Civil Protection Unit because I have a great deal of courage and inspiration to others, I also am very strong-willed, and do not give up easily. I believe that I can protect the city from anti-citizens and corrupt people, this is truly what I believe I can and will do.
Do you understand that by enlisting in the ranks of the Combine Civil Authority, you are to sacrifice your body, soul and mind to the Universal Union and that any form or anything to hint at you becoming a rogue unit will result in severe consequences?: Yes, I do.
